I haven't biked this area - but I've been through it. Looks like a great ride. I'm guessing distances will vary day to day based on the ascent. For me it would be somewhere between 50 and 100km/day. The area east of Kamloops around Salmon Arm and Shuswap Lake is a nice area to take a day off. Good luck!

This is one of the routes I would like to do next summer. It's a popular tour, especially the Ice Fields Parkway between Jasper and Banff. I haven't figured out the daily mileage and places to stop yet. Does anyone have any ideas? I chose to start from Barriere because I can leave my car there with family members who live there.
